Shipping Policies

We ship by US Postal Service

Orders received after 3:00 PM. ET, will be shipped on the follwoing business day (Monday through Friday). However, even orders received after the cut-off, we will try to ship same day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped Monday.

For orders outside the United States, all applicable import duties and charges must be paid by the customer and will be billed by the delivering carrier or at a pick up location. Justbenyc.com is not responsible for any government-applied charge. Please check with your local customs office for the applicable duties on the items you are now purchasing.

All prices at the site are in US dollars.

Free shipping includes Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii on orders over $100.

International orders are shipped Air.

Overnight by FedEx no delivery on weekends.
Orders must be submitted and processed before 6 PM ET.

The shipping fee is based on the amount before tax is added (where applicable).

Return Policy

Within 30 days of receipt of purchase, you may return any item in its original condition. The item must be clearly not worn or used. The item must not have any marks, must not be laundered or have any wear on the tags. We do not sell used items and will not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser. We aim to have each and every transaction result in a pleasant, easy and successful shopping experience. We are happy to issue you store credit or exchange or refund, minus shipping charges. Please note that freight is non-refundable, unless we made a mistake and shipped you the wrong item. Returns will not be accepted for sales items.
